The Management reserves the right to select or reject a pupil without giving the reason.

A new student joining from any recognized school cannot be admitted without a transfer Certificate from the previous Institution.

The Parents/ Guardian of a beginner must produce two Xerox copies of an official birth certificate e.g. A Municipal /Gram Panchayat /Baptismal Certificate (for Christian) in support of the date of birth entered in the admission Form. Every newly admitted student should also have a medical certificate to prove his/her physical fitness at the time of admission from a competent medical authority.

A Child's date of birth, once entered in the school records will not be changed under any circumstances. Any incorrect recording of date of birth of a student will be seriously viewed by the management, entailing serious consequences which could lead to the student’s name being struck off the roll.

One month's written notice, for withdrawal of a student is necessary. The application for transfer Certificate must be submitted in the school office along with a fee of Rs. 100/-.
